Jennifer earned her Nutrition and Healthy Living certificate from Cornell University. In her newest book, Half the Sugar, All the Love, Jennifer shares innovative and delicious low-sugar recipes to show that reducing added sugar doesn’t mean giving up the foods you love—the trick is to sweeten them naturally with fruits and vegetables instead of added sugar. Jennifer’s first book, The 52 New Foods Challenge, was nominated for an IACP Cookbook Award. Her fresh approach to cooking together as a family inspired a nationwide series of kids cooking classes at Williams-Sonoma, The 52 New Foods Junior Chef Series, along with an exclusive edition of her book. Jennifer also leads an active consulting practice, advising leading lifestyle brands on ways to help busy families lead healthier lives.
