Strawberry Peach Smoothie {No Added Sugar}
This naturally sweet strawberry-peach smoothie gets an extra boost of sweetness from peaches, so you don’t have to add the orange or apple juice that you find in commercial versions. Unsweetened cashew milk adds lovely creaminess here, but you can use low-fat dairy milk if you’d prefer.
Serves: Serves 2
  • 2 cups unsweetened cashew milk or low-fat milk
  • 5 ounces frozen strawberries (about 1 cup)
  • 5 ounces frozen peaches (about 1 cup)
  • 1 large banana, peeled, frozen, and cut into 4 large chunks
  1. Working in batches if necessary, combine the milk, strawberries, peaches, and banana in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute. Serve immediately.
What Kids Can Do
Kids can measure the ingredients and load them into the blender.
